Renewal Policy

Our Renewal Policy explains how to renew your Healthinitiatives membership:

Renewal Options:
You can renew your membership every month, every 3 months, or once a year. We will inform you about the options and prices before your current membership ends.

Automatic Renewal:
If you choose automatic renewal, your membership will renew by itself at the end of each period unless you cancel or turn off the automatic renewal.

Notification:
We will remind you when your membership is close to ending and explain how to renew it. Please make sure your contact information is correct so you don’t miss these reminders.

Renewal Changes:
If you want to change your membership plan or how you pay, please contact us at least 7 days before your membership ends.

Cancellation of Automatic Renewal:
If you want to stop automatic renewal, you must let Healthinitiatives know in writing or through our online portal at least 7 days before your membership ends.
